Activities for Under 8’s
Each year, thousands of children discover the joy of being active alongside others at our Multi-Active programme. Campers try lots of sports and activities, from parachute and circle games, to sports like tennis, football and swimming.
Multi-Active
To ensure each child gets the best Kings Camps experience, we group children of a similar age, enabling age-appropriate activity sessions. We embrace the benefits of competition but we specialise in encouraging every child to be active, regardless of their confidence or ability level. We love using active games to develop campers’ skills and confidence.
At the heart of all our sessions is fun and enjoyment!
Programme Highlights
In addition to over 30 sports and activities, campers and parents will enjoy programme highlights such as Wet Wednesday and Kings Games. Children love Wet Wednesday because, unsurprisingly, they get wet! Water pistols, buckets and water slides all feature and our Red Tops are compelled to join in. Children seem to get a real kick out of soaking adults!
Kings Games happens on the final afternoon of each week and parents are invited to watch or join in the fun. Throughout the week, points are awarded and the competition culminates with awards, certificates and lots of cheers!
Children absolutely love swimming, unfortunately there are a few venues that don’t have a pool but we have additional activities where this is the case.
