Managerial Roles

Managerial roles are a vital part of any Kings Camps! Roles include Regional Manager, Site Manager and Assistant Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, Kings Camps experience.

Skilled in team leadership, customer service and with a keen eye for detail, you’ll be responsible for establishing communications to your team, managing child safety on camp, and operational duties with support provided from our Head Office team.

Multi-Sports Coaches

You are the beating heart of our camps, bringing to life our mission of delivering an active, screen free week! Responsible for delivering a range of sporting activities and team building games, Multi Sports Coaches must have the Kings Factor; you’re committed to giving children a great experience, youthful, full of energy and a role model to the children you’re actively coaching. You don’t need to know every sport inside out, but you do need to be a team player, capable of supporting other Red Tops.

Working with young children

Key Stage One Coaches, work directly with our youngest age groups (from the age of 5). You’ll ensure that the sporting activities and team building games you deliver, are age appropriate and that children are active, having fun and learning together.

Child safety is our number one priority and you’re responsible for the welfare of the children throughout the day.

Swim Roles

We strive to help young people gain confidence in the water and learn a life skill and there’s no better time than the school holidays. Swimming Teachers and  Lifeguards are responsible for delivering water-based activities to young people aged 5 to 17 ensuring the safety of the sessions at all times.

A typical day includes working with a number of groups, ages and abilities with sessions running throughout the day, dependent on venue. Find out more below.
