We charge a one-off non-refundable £3 fee on all bookings made online or over the phone. This standard fee is applied per booking, so we encourage you to book your places at the same time – e.g. if you book Easter & summer in the same booking, you’ll only be charged the one fee. If you need to change the booking at a later date, an additional booking fee may be charged.
As a not-for-profit, the booking fee supports our administrative costs, meaning more funding is available to go towards our Supporting Families programme, which seeks to improve the well-being of children and their families.
We also have the option of opting for Staged Payments – our monthly payment option where a one-off £2 fee is applied, regardless of the number of months your payments are spread across.
