Getting Paid

Staff are paid monthly and pay dates are available on the Red Top Information poster in your staff area on camp. You will receive your payslip via email, these sometimes go into Junk Mail or Spam so please check for an email from Landin Wilcock. Your payslips are password-protected so you will need to enter a password to open them.

The password will be SurnameBirthYear so if your name is John Smith and you were born in 1999 your password would be Smith1999. We will be using the surname we have on your profile. Payslips sometimes go into Junk Mail

If there are any queries, please email finance@kingsfoundation.org with your query and details of your concerns so that we can investigate.

Please be advised that HMRC issue tax codes and decide on tax levels, including emergency tax, we are unable to help with that matter.

HMRC has information on how to claim tax relief for your job expenses including uniform, vehicle use, travel and overnight expenses. Go to www.gov.uk/tax-relief-for-employees.
