Amazing jobs for remarkable staff
We take great pride in our sports and activity coaching staff, who we call our Red Tops. We work hard to select our Red Tops for their outgoing and energetic personalities, their dedication to child development, and their ability to inspire children. We call this magic formula The Kings Factor.
We run activity camps and specialist sports coaching for thousands of children throughout the Easter, Summer and Half-term holidays at over 50 first class UK locations. To ensure we deliver the very best holiday experience for children of all ages, we recruit around 600 top quality sports coaching staff annually – both for specialist and Multi-Active programmes.
If you’re looking for an incredibly rewarding way to spend the holidays, which will pay you to keep active and have fun, we’re sure we can find an amazing role for you!
As part of the Kings Camps management team, the Camp Manager has overall responsibility for managing a Kings Camp. The Camp Manager’s primary role is to work with the Assistant Manager to lead and motivate their staff team to achieve the highest levels of care, organisation and sports coaching.
Sports & Activity Coaches
A Multi-Sports Coach is responsible for planning and delivering our famous Multi-Active programme, combining different sports and activities for 5-14-year-olds. Activities can include anything from coaching football, tennis and badminton to leading team-building games – and of course, having fun!
If you’ve got a passion for swimming, football or cricket, and are at least working towards a coaching qualification, why not apply to be a coach on one of our specialist programmes? You can pass on your skill and help develop the next generation of sports stars, all while gaining invaluable work experience!
