If you’re looking for an incredibly rewarding way to gain experience working with children, in an out of school setting, whilst being active and having fun, we’re sure we can find an amazing work experience opportunity for you.

The Work Experience role is ideal for Rookie Graduates, sixth form or college leavers who have turned 18. You’ll be shadowing an experienced and knowledgeable team of coaching staff, delivering our Multi Activity programme to children between the ages of 5 to 17. You’ll be gaining practical experience whilst learning more about sports coaching techniques, child supervision, behaviour management, wellbeing and safety – all critical skills for a career in education and sports coaching.

If you’re not yet 18, you can attend Kings Camps as part of our Rookie Academy. Each level involves practical tasks helping you gain skills and experience. Find out more here.

About the Role

With locations across the UK, we have a number of opportunities available, whether this be in your home or study city.

We’re flexible about how many weeks you work – we have a minimum of 2 weeks to be inducted and learn from our team but you are welcome to work additional weeks too – building and enhancing your experience opens up further opportunities in the future.

When you’re ready to take the next step in your Kings Career (we proactively promote from within) you could be leading your own group of children as a paid coach!
