If we need further information from you regarding your booking, we’ll email you to ask you to validate your ticket. It’s a simple process and here’s how to do it
1. Log in to your account
Click on My Account in the top right hand corner of our website and enter your email and password.
- If you booked on-line, you will have set a password for your account as part of your booking.
- If you booked over the phone, you may need to set a password. To do this, click on the ‘Forgotten Password’ link, enter your email address and then follow the instructions in the email we’ll send you.
2. Validating your ticket
- Choose the ‘Camp Places’ tab to see the details of your booking.
- For those children that we require more information, click on Please Validate
- Complete the details highlighted.
- Once you have updated the details, return to Camp Places.
- The status will now be updated. Click Download ticket and bring this to camp for a form-filling-free registration!
