Online Learning is our unique training portal with core information about our programmes, polices and your role and responsibilities.
ALL members of staff need to complete their assigned courses, and it is vital that you complete these courses prior to attending your induction day.
Your ‘Looking After Children’ and ‘Safeguarding’ certificates will need to be shown to your Site Manager. Therefore, please download these certificates and save them onto your phone.
To bring your training to life, we’re delivering sessions that will enable you to interact with us, ask questions and give you some top tips for your delivery on camp.
All NEW members of staff will need to attend one of these sessions and be prepared to have your cameras on and be conversation ready!
There are multiple sessions available for the summer camps. Please see the dates, times and registration links in the table below. Please ensure you select a training session PRIOR to your contract start date.

This is a paid training day that forms part of your employment contract, and failure to attend may result in your contract being terminated.
On the day, you will meet your team, take a tour of the venue you’re working at, prepare the equipment for camp, risk assess the site and run through how the first morning will look. In doing so, our staff are more prepared and are ready for when the children arrive.

We want our staff to be the best they can be, and in 2023 we’re committed to giving all of our Red Tops the opportunity to level up and gain a qualification in Paediatric First Aid – a qualification and life-skill that you can use outside of camp.
Delivered by external partners, Tigerlilly Training, we’re committed to part-funding courses for staff members, with course locations across England and Wales throughout the year – for Scotland based staff, we host training days on pre-arranged dates.
