To help us keep our administration costs low, there is a booking fee of £3 per transaction or £5 for staged payments (except for bookings made online).
The whole cost of the camp is taken by credit or debit card when booking by phone or via our website
You may now use staged payments if you are booking well in advance. If you wish us to debit your account over a few monthly instalments rather than in one lump sum simply inform us at the time of booking. There will be an additional £2 booking fee for this service. Please note all payments will be taken before the camp commences and there will be an initial payment of 30% of the total amount.
Cancellations for camps paid for in full must be received in writing with supporting medical evidence if relevant.
Cancellations received more than 20 working days before the start of the event will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the overall cost of camp places and cost of extras cancelled - the balance to be refunded.
Cancellations received between 20 and 6 working days inclusive before the start of the event will be subject to a cancellation fee of 40% of the overall cost of camp and camp places and cost of extras cancelled - the balance to be refunded.
No refunds can be given for cancellations received within 5 working days prior to the start of the camp.
If the camp you require is fully booked you will be placed on a waiting list and you will be informed. In the event of cancellations we will contact you then your child will be booked onto the camp. Acceptance of the place is required 10 working days after we contact you.
Requests for a maximum of four children to be together can be made in advance of the camp by calling our booking line. We endeavour to honour all requests, however because of strict group sizes and group dynamics, we are unable to guarantee this. We are also unable to respond to such requests on the first day of the camp.
We reserve the right to exclude or refuse any person at any time prior to and during the camp if, in our opinion, that person is incompatible with the general well being of the camp.
