We pride ourselves on developing fun and engaging camps, which are totally individual to their surroundings and the number of children on camp, but our guide gives you a sneak peak of what happens on camp.
Children are grouped according to their age and some sessions are shorter for the little ones.
We do at least 6 sports and activities on camp on an individual day and everyday day is different, as is every venue (meaning we may not do everything listed below).
Children on ‘Extended Hours’ can arrive from 8.15am and we start the day by joining in on any of our 3 sessions in sports, games or crafts.
Standard registration is from 9.15 – 9.30am when we get the whole camp active with a morning warm up and some friend making games! After 20 minutes we play a short sports session before we take a break around 11am. It’s then time for 2 activities or sports, to re-engage their love of sports.
For those on International Cricket or Soccer School programmes, these sessions take place in a morning after the camp warm up!
At 12.30pm everyone on camp gets together for lunch, a packed lunch is required (because we know some are fussy eaters), then time to have a laugh at expense of the Red Tops as they challenge each other in a spectator game.
It’s time for the kids favourite – a big team game, which is good warm up before our Red Tops take the children for a variety of sports which will bring out the best in every child, helping them learn with each other, grow in confidence – as well as having lots of fun along the way!
After the break
Children are rewarded for their achievements from throughout the day with the ‘Star of the day’ awards, before we finish with the all important final event. The standard day finishes at 4pm – So its time for some to meet their parents and wave goodbye (until tomorrow).
For those on the extended hours we have some warm down games and relax a little with some arts and craft activities. End of camp pick-up is 5.45pm.
